Basic Business Telephone Service

FSM Telecom offers basic business telephone access to customers in all four states of the FSM. Like our residential service, Telecom makes basic telephones available for $35.00.

Business Solutions

• Companion Line:If you have more than one telephone number, the numbers can be organized so that incoming calls to a number that's in use will be routed to the numbers that aren't being used. (Available free of charge.)



• XEN Telephone Systems: Fully integrated systems, capable of handling multiple stations, equipped with voicemail, auto-attendants, DISA, integrated cellular mobile stations, CTI, ACD functionality and IP integration. Added Value Services

• Caller ID: Find out who's calling you before you answer the telephone. Caller identification sends the telephone number of the person calling after the first ring. ($6.00 installation charge, $.50 recurring monthly fee, equipment not included)



• Call Waiting: Receive an incoming call while you're on the phone with somebody else. With call waiting, a person will never get a busy signal when trying to call you. Simply put the first caller on hold while you speak to the second caller. ($0.50 recurring monthly fee)



• Call Waiting Caller ID: Find out who's calling while you're already on the line. Call waiting caller ID gives you the same features of caller ID on your second, call waiting line. ($0.50 recurring monthly fee, must already have call waiting and caller ID)



• Three-Way Calling: Three-way calling enables you to add a third person to your telephone conversation so that you may have a conference call. This feature is subject to long-distance charges if applicable. ($0.50 recurring monthly fee, works with any telephone)



• Speed Calling (8 numbers): This enables you to dial automatically using a one or two digit code, instead of dialing the whole number. Your phone can be programmed to call up to eight telephone numbers.



• Telecom Bonus Package: Choose any three-part combination of call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling, speed calling (8 numbers) and call-waiting caller ID ($1.00 recurring monthly fee)



• Speed Calling (30 numbers): This enables you to dial automatically using a one or two digit code, instead of dialing the whole number. Your phone can be programmed to call up to thirty telephone numbers.



• Distinctive Ring (Teen Line): Have two telephone numbers and one phone line. When a caller dials the second number the telephone will give a distinctive ring. ($6.00 monthly recurring charge).



• Cell Block: You can block your fixed line telephone from calling cellphones. You pay $6.00 for activation of the cell block and $2.00 monthly recurring charge per each telephone number. There is no monthly recurring charge for telephone numbers who are not on cellular mobile number blocking.
